Gun Buyback!

Colt
First, please forgive me for that term that strikes of Marxism.  Gun "buyback" programs are only grammatically correct if the organizations "buying back" the guns ever owned them in the first place.  These governments across the Republic never owned any (or very many anyway) of the guns they "bought back" until after they handed out the cash for the guns.
Be that as it may, it is in the common usage, so for marketing purposes I am swayed to use the term.
